Join me—during my own 22nd week of pregnancy!—for a fun, FREE, one-time only, exercise class where you’ll learn about and practice 10 essential core exercises for pregnancy designed to support your growing belly and changing body. Modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of most exercises will be provided, so the class will be suitable for every fitness level. These are safe, effective movements to use immediately throughout your pregnancy, instead of crunches or lying flat on your back—and can be used throughout all trimesters.
Whether you're currently pregnant or planning to be, this class will give you practical tools with how to move during pregnancy with greater confidence and strength.
Led by Laura Calko, a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist, and owner of Calko Pelvic Rehabilitation & Wellness in Canfield, OH, this class blends expert guidance with real-life expecting mama experience. (also CPR certified)
You’ll also receive a printed handout with all 10 exercises so you can easily add or modify them into your own workouts at home, the gym, or with your care team.
